Evaluation

Low risk potential

It is likely that your event carries a rather low risk.

It is nevertheless advisable to carry out a comprehensive assessment; the areas with the greatest risk factors should be examined separately and risk-reducing measures should be derived.

Event safety or event technology experts should be involved in key aspects of occupational safety and general safety planning. You should document the risk assessment prepared and any measures derived for your event.

Medium risk potential

The event you are planning is likely to involve a medium level of risk.

In particular, you should consult with event safety or event technology experts with regard to the legal framework conditions, specific risks or suitable measures and draw up any concepts that may be required.

You should document the concepts created and any measures derived for your event.

High risk potential

An increased risk is to be assumed for your event.

You must consider and document the analysis of the risk potential and the derived measures as part of a safety concept.

The preparation of this safety concept and the evaluation of the measures should be carried out by event safety and/or event technology experts. You should document the concepts created and any measures derived for your event.
