Event Safety Consult represented us the event holder together with the agency marbet vis-à-vis the municipal authorities and service providers involved with great diligence. Especially in view of the very short planning phase, it was extremely important for us that the extensive provisions of the City of Erlangen and all of the requirements in connection with occupational and event safety be implemented in compliance with the law. The Siemens Healthineers Brand Launch Event was a great challenge due to the difficult venue conditions and the very short time provided for planning the implementation. Event Safety Consult made a considerable contribution to the success of the event with their detailed safety concept as well as with event implementation on site. As a result of the close collaboration with the responsible planning office United Network Development, synergies were created which were eminently important for the successful implementation of an event of this magnitude in just three weeks of planning.
